Yes, Tom, that about sums up my impression of Icahn. Combine that with the fact that this deal is barely worth the legal fees for him........we may be in for a long wait.

Therefore I would expect some selling by the less long term investors, which in a stock as illiquid as KDUS could result in a pretty sizable price decline.
