"They had eight years to do everything that Gore promised" is a start. But then again, if the majority of America wants more of the same old Clinton-style politics (which Gore seems to be fond of, especially with his Clinton-like facial expressions), Bush really doesn't stand a chance at all. Jim, WOuld you say that Americans have more or less respect for the office of the Presidency now or in 1992? The Republican leadership has been out to regain the Presidency since election night of 1992. They have made us all pay a high price for their endless self-serving accusations and investigations. I wish I would have recorded Bob Dole's sour grapes remarks the night Clinton was first elected. He made it quite clear his intention was to interfere with Clinton, and did so at every turn. It proved to be a total waste, as he failed to win the Presidency in 1996 anyway. Scumbria
