Thanks Gerald. I have not heard from Ann yet. Do you know anyone that has installed DSL? My Windows 98 does not want to install almost anything. I now find out that I cannot even install Word Perfect. I am using a 3Com Ethernet card. When I install the card nothing happens. I purchased a Dell PIII a little over a year ago. Dell does not cover software problems. Should I uninstall and reinstall Windows 98? I am not a Techie and things seem to be getting worse with me in that department. If the NAZ is not careful, it will be up today. Techs seem to be making a small comeback, including Intel. Sonny
