It is being discovered today that he lied about going to Texas during the fires in 1996.
Someones on the wrong track because it was Texas floods that were discussed in the debate. Between fires, floods, and tornadoes the FEMA folks are here a lot and Gore's been on many trips.
she was a transfer in and the first day there was not an extra desk
So what makes that a lie? She was standing, there wasn't a desk. How many students are in that class?

The real lies and deceptions in the campaign is this endless calls of wolf. Nobody takes your claims seriously anymore.

Frank, you're pretty good with the Republican lunch counter pat line: Say Gore lies.

Do you have any idea how many Republicans are out there right now saying Gore lies? For this camp, all there has to be the slightest bone of contention and suddenly what's contentious is a lie. The mentality is something like: Who cares about referenced and substantiated facts, we just gotta say Gore's a lier so Bush can win.

The mentality sorta goes along the lines of: OJ was guilty and the criminal jury verdict didn't matter. Add in a touch of condeming the ACLU, sprinkle in a dose of hidden Hitleraian facist behavior in the guise of hate crimes, prop up a dictator here, a dictator there, do an oil deal or few in some Third World nations, sell arms everywhere to everyone 'cause it doesn't matter if both sides use 'em against each other. Yup, Republicans are global friendly.

My only wish is that the Democrats were better than they are. But on a scale of the two of parties, the Democrats weigh in better on the side of humanity than do the Republicans.

What are the Republicans? Rich well-to-doers locked, one way or another, in corporativity; NRAers; and the Christian coalition. It's a combo I don't want leading my country, a nation where the little guy and gal are supposed to mean something.

Could it be that Republicans are so disdainful over Clinton because he comes from a working class family?
