There's no predicting what the remedies will be.

Well, if there will be any, true. The big key to eye for, no matter how it ends, is exoneration of guilt. Enough bludgeoning on the behalf of the Appeals Court ought to be enough to bring the plaintiff into submission to an acceptable settlement proposal for Microsoft. This along with new DoJ bodies should prove sufficient enough for a way out for the Fed's to get out of this muck. Evidentially the States seem to be just as stubborn as always of late, but the writing is on the wall for them as well.

Respectfully,
Thunder
