I just spoke to Tamara Hicks. As I suspected, there is no material change in the company or its operation. Management is comfortable with it's $30M revenue for the quarter. They haven't seen the downgrade report, and are reluctant to respond.
I guess my buying may prove to be a good move once week get this week behind us.

To further take advantage of the depressed price, I have sold March 60 puts. Likely to be free money, in my view. If they are put to me, my adjusted cost base would be in the $40s. Not bad for a quality company like QLT.
