TigerPaw--Global warming? Some proof of the warming trend comes from many of the recent archeological discoveries found in climates which were once were too cold to find anything.

The models are not that definitive. They don't know if they are seeing a short trend or a long one. That is why it is 50/50. We could have a short term warming trend within a long term cooling trend.
