Sylvester,

The latency of 100MHz DDR is longer than the latency of 133MHz SDRAM. Obviously benchmarks which are sensitive to latency will be impacted.

It is just plain dumb to make statements about DDR performance based on comparisons at a different bus speed. Look at Anand's benchmarks to see a legitimate comparison of SDRAM vs. DDR.
