Sorry.. my mind was rather preoccupied when I wrote that reply.. I saw a John in a message header below or above you and wrote that.. I knew who I intended to write this to. You are entitled to getting your low blow in of course, even if its not very charitable..
Quite frankly.. despite my amusement of George jr.'s lack of foreign affairs knowledge, I dont have anything against Bush.. I have more against the right wing conservatives and Christian Coalition allied with him in the same party. I find that group to be a very narrow-minded bunch.. the further thay are away from power, the better... I dont doubt that Bush is trying to be sincere when he says he wants to be more compassionate; but he has to do more then saying so and keeping his right wing allies under wraps for me to be convinced that it would be a very inward-looking meaner, jingoistic regime that would come to power if Bush gets in... particularly if the Congress stays a Republican majority.
