DS, 11i has been a disappointment to customers in terms of its "integration" as a suite and the tardiness in getting shipped. Unlike the carpetologists of the world and most investors, you're clued into the customers' perceptions. While that is certainly critically important, I doubt that most investors are aware of that perception. As a result, I doubt that movements of the stock price in either direction are particularly related to that sort of information you share with us. In fact, I don't think it's an extreme position to believe that the networking of information that goes on regularly in the folder is an advantage that relatively few investors enjoy. --Mike Buckley
