I do not preach one thing and do the opposite. I would not advise anyone to buy these shares. Some will (I think) and that will give me the opportunity to get out of some shares that have been dead weight for too long.

You might recall years ago I was buying the heck out of this stock in the $1.00-1.25 range, then selling in the
$4-6 range. My mistake was buying back in too soon in the $1.75-2.25 range, then averaging down. Then the CEO & CFO both DIED in short order.
And we have a clean nasdaq shell worth probably as much as the current market cap. And about a bux and a quarters worth of real equity to boot. So whoever is merging into this thing, wants to go public. This is cheaper than an IPO but it doesnt put any $$ in their coffers unless they can sell some stock. My guess is they wont want to do it at these prices.

What IS your major problem with me ?
The fact that I am honest ? The fact that I POST using my name and will give my phone # out ?

205-833-8891. And right now, I might just cuss you out.
Screw you for questioning my integrity. I have bought & sold more stocks in the last 5 years than you will your entire life.

I kinda thought you were in VALH. May be you got out when everyone else did when it was going up like crazy about this time last year. That was a good time for VALH.
