PC sectors have hit hard in the last month or so on profit warnings/worries. Not a good place to park any money if one expects the Naz to rally. On the other hand, they could finally be bottoming. I still prefer the networkers and optical stocks but will keep an eye out for some value plays in PC sector in the event the techs in general have a big rallies in the coming days. Not a good idea to buy if the rest of the techs rally. If we get the Naz to go up 300 points, then it might be worth looking at PC related stocks as value plays going into the 4th quarter. IMHO of course.
