I do not look at the candidates in terms of good and evil, as you do. Most voters should not, but, alas, this is the baggage of Monicagate and the impeachment trial. And I accept that. Hate, of course, is the primary reason why this worthless thread has 42,000-plus posts: Because it allows people who hate Democrats to vent their frustrations instead of kicking their dogs. Neither candidate is evil. Neither candidate is completely good. I have major concerns about an all-Repub Congress and an all-Repub presidency. However, it should be pointed out that Jimmy Carter had an all-Dem Congress and he couldn't work effectively with congressional leaders. Similar may happen if Bush is elected, although, the likelihood of Gephardt becoming next Speaker of the House is probably 50-50 at this point.
