I wonder if compaq and IBM will reiterate Europe again. The whole market expects AMD to report lower european sales as well. If they report a gain instead, it's going to be the straw that broke the gorilla's back.

I don't like or trust after hours quotes, but the ones I see are showing Intel down after the Dell announcement.

AMD unchanged or slightly higher.

Comment: Hard to say...But if they don't, they will on the 11th...Just another sign of the changing of the guard, now underway...Dell needs AMD more than AMD needs Dell at this juncture!!!
