As I'm telling these guys, I'm not for overturning Roe v. Wade. But in the case of PBA, the liberals are relying semantical or rhetorical arguments that lack any foundation in facts. Costitutionally Roe vs Wade is wrong IMO opinion not because of the judges opinion on abortion but because the Constitution says nothing about abortion. If the country wants to mandate that abortion be legal in every state then it should pass a constitutional amendment. In the absence of such an amendment then the issue is properly one for the states. Tim
