Dell blames it on Europe too. By now this familiar refrain should prompt a strategy to go after domestic companies, or even Asian Pacific outfits. View established multinationals like IBM with extreme suspicion with the exception of Drugs, which have a different set of issues!

Well, it may kill this mini rally if it is not yet "factored in". Right now, I am still going to "sell" this mini rally. I would prefer a washout before committing to leas than 20% cash
