We Should Start A Lottery

How many of the S&P 500 Will Close This Year (December 31, 2000) At A Higher Price Than They Closed Today.

$10 per entry. All the money is used to by OOM QQQ December puts. The people with the correct answer (or closest to the correct answer) split the value of the Puts.

Anyone interested?

Obviously the way in which this might work ($NDX vs $SPX, cost, how invested, etc.) are open to suggested alternatives.
