I first viewed Craig at the annual meeting. He very quickly
had complete grasp of the business. My personal opinion
is that Com21 will do very well with him at the top.

<<Comments, anyone?>>

1. A sign of internal problems IMO that are evident to Wall St ( analysts and fund managers )but that the average retail investor is kept in the dark about

2. When a new honcho assumes the helm, the new guy usually likes to bring all the skeletons out of the closet and fess up all the bad/potential bad news ( eg lowered guidance ) so he/she can start in their new job with a clean slate.

3. CEO's seldom "retire" of their own volition when the stock is still languishing and there are a plethora of fundamental issues to be tackled.

Do you really want to be stuck with a long position in this stock when they announce quarterly results??? Anyone else have an opinion?
