Jmac, I'm probably as disappointed as you are however I don't believe I'd go so far as to say Michael should resign. I DO believe he owes stockholders one hell of an explanation. You did hit on something I've been thinking for a LONG TIME...I believe he has been preoccupied with something else but no idea what that might be. He seems to have been steadily losing interest.

Kemble use to say something about the "fight" or "competitor" in Michael's eyes. I can't say I ever observed that but I do think the "zest" that drove him is either gone or greatly diminished.

Unless something of substance comes out soon I'm afraid it looks like Michael may have joined the ranks of too many other CEOs that have lost the faith/trust of their investors.

I hope I'm wrong.
