Thoughts on the Price to Sales ratio

Lets hope the PSR has bottomed out. When KLIC's PSR starts up from its bottom it peaks around 2. (Actually hit 2.32 at Q1/00.) Assuming sales of $950,000,000 for this year a PSR of 2 would indicate a share price of about $39.00.

At the end of Q1/01 a PSR of 2.3 on trailing annual revenues of $1,070,000 would indicate a $50.00 share price by early Feb 01.

Of course, if signs of a semi-equip spending slowdown appear all bets are off.
