As much as I liked the action today Dale, especially late afternoon, there's no way I'm willing to call it a turnaround. It's jus too early and could easily just be a minor up blip within the overall context of the decline. I want to see if the action spreads and broadens out. It'll take 3-4 days or more of strong upward movement and then a down day or 2 or 3 where no significant damage occurs before I'll begin to feel comfortable with the techs...and even then we'll have to remain vigilant during earning's season and the days leading up to the election. I hope the correction has ended but according to the charts, this seems an odd place to start a rally. As you say, we'll see.
