Thanks, Syn. After living in hot flat Texas for 17 years, then humid hot, flat Florida for 28 years, will be looking forward to living in a place that has real change of season. BTW, for you yankees that all come down to Florida bitching about the cold, North Carolina (brevard area in mtn.s)has relatively mild Winters and mild summers. Average Jan. high 46 average Jan. low 26. Not too bad. They have a long spring and fall as well. So long my sweaty Florida friends.
