Microsoft Faces Racial, Sex Discrimination Suit, Lawyers Say Seattle, Oct. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Microsoft Corp. is being sued for allegedly discriminating against black and female employees, plaintiffs' attorneys said. The No. 1 software maker, ``has allowed managers to make basic personnel decisions based on individual bias rather than merit,'' Steven Toll, managing partner of the law firm Cohen, Milstein, Hausfeld & Toll, said in a press release distributed by Business Wire. A Microsoft spokeswoman couldn't immediately be reached for comment. Shares of Redmond, Washington-based Microsoft fell 1.13 to 55.44.
