OT: Even though Government orders may have been less than what they could be, the real culprits this time are small businesses and Europe. There is a lot of caution in the market overall, which is prudent. If Dell doesn't lose their nerve and continue focusing on their business plan, I don't see any reason why this company won't increase their earnings 30-50% year over year.
