Victor,
IF Jay Walker puts his resume out on Monster.com, you should hire him. What a salesman! Just ask Paul Allen and the Prince!

Glenn you are right on all counts as usual.

amzn never did anything better than manufacturing stock and then selling it.

Victor,

I may have been correct but my timing "sucked."

And look at pcln. What a ghastly fraud. I believe their projections for profitability were
supposed to have been realized by now. Walker sold a bunch of shares a while back at much
higher levels, saying he was putting the proceeds into a new co that would partner with pcln.
I've since wondered what he really did with the money!

I have to look this up but I believe Wa;ker had run some "shaddy" operations in the past. This is not fact yet but just off the top of my head. I will try and locate an article I beleive exists about firms he had started that went belly up. Maybe I have him confused with someone else.
