If you (or others) want me to stop posting on this subject, may I suggest you not respond to me in a way that requires a correction. I'm as tired of responding as you're tired of seeing my posts. Reid doesn't like my suggestion--why don't we all forget about it?

Now that is a stellar idea, why don't we all forget about it?
That way I won't have to correct anything you say about a friend of mine.

Rudi just pointed out to me what has been going on here tonight. Herein lies the crux:

Here's a proposal, Reid. Based upon the fact that when I started following things here you were
batting about .900 but starting around Sept. 1 and the Naz's collapse, I haven't quantified it, but I'm
pretty sure one would be in the red if one followed your buy and short picks (I was following a hybrid
method of following your picks and my own).

You are making a personal assumption out of nothing. No where has Reid stated on this thread what he bought, for how much, what he sold, and for how much. It is certainly no one's business. Your statement is insulting and smacks of negative insinuations. No gentleman would ever bring this up with another.

Seems to me that he points out stocks that he thinks will go up and stocks that will go down

Yes Tomato he does......based on OTHER PEOPLE'S "systems". Like those of Mr. Bollinger and Mr. Williams and all the other technical geeks that invented the MACD, Stochatics, Candles, etc.

The whole crux of your debate relies on the fact that Vendit has a "system" for trading. He doesn't. All he does is interpret the various "systems" (we like to call them "indicators") of other technical analysts in an attempt to discover the possible future movement of a security or index.

You are completely misinterpreting the role of Vendit and the purpose of this thread. You see, after you learn how to understand the indicators, candles, etc. , then you develop a system to trade that best suits you.
This thread is for understanding the indicators, not analyzing "systems" of trading like the other guy you follow on SI.

I hope this clarifies things for you in objective, analytical manner. Maybe you should get on the religious threads on SI and ask for scientific evidence that proves the existence of God instead.
