Management overpaid for DiviCom. This merger has been a bust. Last October while Ley was foaming-at-the-mouth to do this deal the company issued a press release saying DiviCom had revenues of $133.8 Mil and income of $20.5 for the nine months ended Sept 30, 1999. Thats a run rate of $44.6 in revs per qtr. Now the CS division, including what existed before the merger is only doing $43.5-$44.5 mil this qtr. What did the shareholders get for $1.7 Bil? Not much...
