Actrade Reiterates Analyst Estimates

NEW YORK, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Actrade Financial Technologies, Ltd., (Nasdaq: ACRT - news) today announced that, in response to the recent activity in the Company's stock, senior management has no knowledge for the cause of the high volume and/or drop in share price.

Alexander C. Stonkus, the Company's President stated, ``There have been no adverse developments at Actrade that would account for the recent dramatic decline in the price of our shares. Operations continue to grow as expected and we remain very comfortable with analyst estimates for our first quarter operating results and earnings.
