Yes, that's the way that I read it. How could it not be a liability on the balance sheet otherwise, and what the heck is the company's option if they're forced to settle in cash?

"The outstanding put warrants permit a net-share settlement at the Company's option..."

I admit that I wouldn't be surprised to find that I am all wet in my interpretation.
