I do not have answers to your questions. After the IPO this stock went to $90 in a very short time. A pullback has occurred. IMHO, it has been overdone.
The company lockup period has ended - maybe lots of employees have been selling. I would have thought they would have held out longer to get better prices - considering the price it was at. There was a secondary offering - priced at $70 - that as far as I know did not happen (since the stock tanked alot lower that $70).

Not much input on this thread. I suggest the Yahoo/Raging Bull/Motley Fool web sites of other posts.

Reason for dowdraft over the past 60 days was due to VCs selling over 2 million shares. This coupled with the negative tone in telecom and fears of slowdowns in telecom spending also contributed to this. Great buying opp now that the VC selling is near complete, along with dist mutual fund managers are doing....
