Jenna, excellent point. The stocks you mentioned are all favorites of the generals at this time. Preparedness is very important but probably won't help this EMailer. Some time spent understanding when the best time to enter and exit the favorites of the "Generals" will reward them many times over. Complaining that your list's direction was incorrect indicates a lack of knowledge of the impact of big players.

Yesterday I played a couple of the one's mentioned to the long side once the generals had showed their hand but I was prepared to go short if that's where the action was.

Over the years I've found that the best action from a day trading perspective is trading the "Generals" favorites and moving with them. There isn't a week that goes by that one can't find at several days when the moves in these types will be in excess of three bucks. It's a lot easier and rewarding to play these kinds on the day's and time when it's appropriate. Scalping for lesser amounts is too much work for me.
