<<Why do these people sign "pledges" to uphold the Constitution? >>>>

Can you name any member of both houses of Congress that really uphold the Constitution? I can only think of Ron Paul.

I have been thinking about the same thing. Don't cops and fed agents take the same pledge? Prosecutors?

I know both Houses do!

So, why do they try to pass so blatantly unconstitutional laws?

Maybe a class action lawsuit is in order?
