Dear Duncan: Greetings!

I noticed the same thing myself when ML released the report, but have not had time to go back and see if parts 2 & 3 were finally added. Your posting prompted me and they are still not there.

Before posting this message I dropped a note to ML asking for the missing parts. When I hear from them I'll let you know. There could be a delay on my part, however, as I am en transit right now and won't be home until Wednesday.

Regards,

Lynn, who is not checking any stock prices right now

Dear Duncan: Well, ML wrote back early this morning in regards to my request for Part 2 and 3 of the article. Ready for this: The fellow told me to call my **broker** and ask him to get the report for me.

Before I dashed off this morning I telephoned ML to say I do not want a printed copy of the two parts. I told him NTAP is not in my broker account and to ask my broker for the reports, he would then fell I should pick-up shares via him rather than through ML Direct. Me agreed and put me on hold while he did some digging.

Guess what. Parts 2 and 3 are only available in printed form!?! The fellow agreed when I told him I did not think this was a class move on the part of ML, that providing only parts 1 and 4 through their web site was equivalent to dangling a carrot in front of a donkey: Want Parts 2 and 3 of the report that discusses NTAP? Open a ML broker account.

He's going to file a customer complaint about this one.

Regards,

Lynn, not too happy with ML right now
