well, first of all, it will be THREE months, if they get IRS approval (which they likely will) for a non-taxable transfer. secondly, b/c MRVC's stock price will reflect the ipo of LMNE. if successful, MRVC should be MUCH higher than today. third, OA ipo. fourth...geez, do i really need to continue???
should have done in reverse order...kinda a Letterman's list thing.... #1...SHORTS TRYING TO COVER THEIR *SSES! <applause, applause>

WHY NOW?

Sorry to be sardonic, but, for those who want total certainty I would suggest they wait until MRV has rolled out all the subs and distributed all the shares to shareholders.

However, is is possible that something would have been missed?

Has anyone heard of "buy low, sell high" ?

If anyone does not think that this is the "low" part of the
cycle, they can always wait and see......
