S-1A FILING:

I interpret the S-1A filing today to mean:

-- consultation with SEC finished
-- this is the result of the process
-- this is the basis for the Red Herring to be printed
-- when printed, providing agrees with this, will be
approved

Of course I do not know ANYTHING about this process, so those who do could tell me if this is correct or what the actual process is and where we are in it.
