Hello Ann. Thanks for the zonealarm info. I am still working on trying to install my DSL. Gerald sent a very helpful message but who knows if I will be able to get this thing done. Yes, I believe I downloaded the latest Win98 version. Should this make a diff. when it comes to installing DSL? This morning I thought about having some problems before with Win98. I could not back up and download certain things. I guess I should have tried to fix this before. But with my limited technical knowledge of the cpt, I just never tackled this problem. It looks like I am paying the prize now. gg. Well, I guess I go and work some more on my Win98. Sure hope I don't mess up my whole system. Sigh. Has anyone on here installed DSL? Sonny
