>>>Starr went into the matter of Monica in an attempt to crack the White House cover- up apparatus, especially Jordan. He made no real headway, but was left with the facts of the case, which involved perjury, obstruction, and defrauding the court.<<<

Starr was left with sex, which became sex, sex and more sex only.

>>>The line of questioning that Clinton was subjected to was legal under rules of discovery (in harassment suits) that Clinton had himself signed.<<<

In the traditional court room rules of discovery can the prosecution use information illegally gathered? Ah, but we're talking about a grand jury, Republican-led, fishing expedition, aren't we? How could a quality to justice not be corrupted under such conditions?

>>>Surely you do not want to say that one can lie with impunity in divorce and harassment cases!<<<

This was not a divorce case. And the only reason it became a harassment case is because of anti-Clinton political operatives who made it into one. Did Monica complain of sexual harassment? Did Linda Tripp? No, it was Paula Jones who was backed and supported by Clinton's enemies. This is very well documented, Neocon.

>>>Thus, Clinton was caught not only breaking the law, but violating his oath of office. He had to be impeached.........<<<

Had Clinton been an ordinary citizen, none of this would have happened. Legal precedence is not on your side of the argument.
