This is the 2nd Q in a row that unfounded rumours and innuendo have created extraordinary buying opportunities in QLT.

I guess if I were a scumsucking, lowlife brokerage completely devoid of ethics or any respect for the law, I would also attempt to manipulate the price of a stock that has been successfully manipulated before.

I suppose there are other explanations of the lack of reasoned analysis, due process or any other attempt to disseminate accurate information, but those other explanations escape me at the moment.

Unfortunately, the perpetrators can just claim incompetence. So far, the SEC is unable to prosecute anyone just because they're stupid.
