m to respond to your question, no i have not yet encountered the lovely "HOW MANY TIMES ARE YOU GOING TO POST THE SAME MESSAGE??????" and i think everything would be fine if i continued to not encounter it. as for the "description sounds like something other than dealing with a website, huh?".... indeed. it sounds like the patented brand of aggravation that only si seems to excel at. "first they make you submit more than once, then they berate you for it" right. more patented aggravation. not unlike si's crack (pun intended) tech support team that never fails to reply to an inquiry Within Two To Three Weeks and tops it all off with a bogus statement along the lines of, "our goal is to serve you blah blah blah if you have more questions please ask". oh yes. all of this amuses me, as i'm sure it does you :) mark
