What is wrong if he is self-promoter? If he has accomplishments, should he keep quite about them? Now if you accuse him of embellishments that is a different story. Egregious liar...., he is not. He is plain stupid in his embellishments and it is hurting him rather than helping him. But that should not take credit for his accomplishment where it rightfully due.
