WSTL's moving nicely on a down market day (what's up with THAT pattern, eh?). But I'll feel warmer and fuzzier to have it close above its decline line of ~$12.5. If it can do this, then I think we're set for yet another up leg. And maybe this time it will be sustained.... I certainly can't see anything out there standing in their way. Now watch...having said this the market will crash, we'll tail-spin into a global depression and I'll have to get use to selling pencils to make ends meet...... John~
