eTravelserve.com Announces Acquisition of All Season's Travel
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 5, 2000--Paul Johnson, President/CEO of eTravelserve.com, Inc., www.etravelserve.com, (OTCBB:TSER - news), announced today, the acquisition of All Seasons Travel, a division of Rohl, Inc. This represents the last of the outstanding ``travel firm'' acquisitions that were previously announced. Annual gross ``Travel Industry Sales'' for All Seasons are approximately $4.5 million.

The company's next scheduled acquisition is Caribbean Concepts Inc., a travel wholesaler, set to close later this month.

``The All Seasons acquisition was the last travel firm acquisition on our initial list. This latest acquisition puts cumulative gross travel industry sales for eTravelserve.com to approximately $20 million. We have been working on many potential future candidates that we plan on announcing very soon. Our next round of acquisitions will help the company to reach one of its first goals of attaining $100 million in gross travel industry sales. During the next acquisition phase we should see the eTravelserve.com name finding homes in New York, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego as well as in key strategic cities in Canada, Europe and Latin America. Our technology and strategic plans are reaching maturity and as an operational entity we can now focus on driving revenues to the eTravelserve.com network. Last year over $4.7 trillion dollars was spent on travel, more than $30 billion of that was done online. The market strategies of eTravelserve.com have been designed to capture market share in both online and offline travel sales. We have been patiently building ourselves and we are now ready to make our move in realizing one of our objectives, which is to become a leader in the travel markets,'' said Johnson.

eTravelserve.com will also release a recorded ``Investor Update Call'' as of October 3rd, 2000, which can be accessed at 1-877-213-9653 and entering code No. 2193973.
