take a look at the GE rising wedge from december
stockcharts.com[L,A]DACAYYMY[DE][PB50!B200][VC60][IUB14!LA12,26,9]
i can make a case for a count that would put the next high in ge is the final fifth wave high from the 98 low.

take a look at all the strong stocks now like sunw, emc, glw, all look like they have finished up five wave counts from the 98 low, with three being the march top (as was ge)
