Mark, are you sure Bush doesn't get it from his Texas Rangers windfall of putting 500 thousand down and pulling in 16 million? Of course, in a crunch, he could spare change the oil companies, couldn't he?

Nice scheme, and frankly, both Hillary and the Shrub can do this, but h wants us, J6P, to do that and we do not have an inside track the get the Rangers cheap, or special real estate deals, or chicken futures...
