FWIW, I think odds are that the DOW will take out that resistance at 10850 and blow right through there... it needs a day like today to back up for a good running jump over that resistance..... I think everyone is looking at that resistance level and most are betting against it... I'm just fading their bet..... I think that if/when the DOW does break through the 10850 level, there's smooth sailing for another 250-300 DOW points... that close above 10800 six trading days ago came on very impressive volume... I know there's a wedge/coil forming, but I think it will resolve itself to the upside with a good deal of short covering and fresh buying..... I could be wrong, but we'll see... we may or may not move lower after this coming rally despite the typical October sell off... this is an election year, thing could be different..... we'll see.....
