Would have to disagree. The book that taught me the most was printed in late 50's. Yes, many books will be outdated (that deal with time specific issues such as Level II, SOES, online trading, etc), but I subscribe to the theory that there isn't much new under the sun and that the major tenets of trading remain the same.
