Dear Bill: "It ISN"T at all normal for any commodity to trade lower during the day from a higher point in the AM to a lower level in the PM in 38 out of 40 days!! (yes it could fall each day, with ups and downs for 38 of 40 days but not each day to start higher then work lower). So who do I complain to-who is responsible for overseeing the regulation of commodity trading in gold?
