Hey TD (or anyone for that matter) - how is Siebel's offerings in the Repair Center area? I've heard and read about their Field service and help/support desk portions of their product offering but nothing about their repair center app. Do they have one? Do they incorporate it as part of some larger app? You can PM with the answer. I have lots of questions in this area. Thanks in advance.

I know I've said this before, but the only thing that scares me is the internal scaling at these revenue levels (plus of course valuation). But at the end of the day, this DRW note (or my own concerns) is not causing me to lighten my position. Bottom line, I still think this firm is running on all cylinders (and I'm watching the temp gauge).

On a side note, I'm dying to hear Goldman conduct his first call. Howard always seemed a bit laid back, and let Tom do all the rah-rah-ing. I want to see if I can pick up on the relationship between Tom and Ken.
