Remember, he said "convictions". It couldn't be Clinton because birds of a feather flock together. Even though this administration is undoubtedly the most corrupt in modern times, given the lying, stonewalling, 5th Amendment pleading, wagon circling, and general refusal to coooperate in investigations, there have not been as many convictions as might have been in prior administrations where the President himself was not leading the corrupt.
