Let's overlook your list for a second. (I did not read them all.)

I view the winners thread as a hybrid. It has important content, which I find very useful, but it also has hyperbole. The worse example of the latter would be the Kimberly thread (it has suddenly disappeared, and I only can surmise why? I could also site one or two ongoing others, but I'll refrain from doing so, because I respect some folks there.)

I guess my main problem with the winners thread is that it does not put this new econ stock investing into perspective. And that perspective has to do with risk as well as reward. Which is where asset allocation comes in. Which as we all know is a verbotem topic, for all the reasons that have previously been sited on that thread. ;)

Hopfully, we can all return to Up Up and Away soon. Let's face it, I have certainly benefited from that approach before. ;)

Always my friend, Rob
